TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the Terms of Service listed below.
Please read carefully!

Payment / cancellactions & refunds

• Commissions must be paid upfront.• Payment should be done in GBP (£)• You can either pay through PayPal (you will be invoiced by me) or through Ko-Fi.• On a case-by-case basis, the commissioner may pay half upfront, and the second half upon delivery of the final piece.• If you cancel your commission during the sketch phase, you'll be refunded 50% of what you originally paid.• If you cancel the commission after the sketch is already done and approved, you will not receive a refund.• If you have commissioned a sketch and cancel after the sketch has begun, you will not recieve a refund.• If I need to cancel your commission, you will recieve a full refund regardless of the stage the art is in.

General guidlines

• In your inquiry, please give as much info as possible! (visual references, a colour pallete for the character(s), setting of image, etc) this allows for me to get a better idea of what you'd like, and give you a price quicker!• If the piece will require more time/work than initially anticipated, I reserve the right to change my price quote from the prices listed on my standard sheet, and will inform and confirm with the commissioner of any changes.• I have the right to decline your commission for any reason.

Process

• After the payment has been sent, I will begin working on a sketch, once the sketch is done, I will show you before continuing so you can approve of it, and ask for any adjustments/edits.• In the Lineart and/or Colouring stage, you will also be shown the base colours to approve of or ask for adjustments. after this stage you will no longer be able to ask for major edits (e.g. changing the characters pose)• In the final stage with shading and lighting, you may only ask for adjustments in colour/lighting.• I am a slow artist, my motivation levels vary and I can take months. It's important you're comfortable with potentially having a long wait before your commission makes progress / is complete.

Usage Policy

• The commission will be for personal use only. You may not profit from the art.• You can resize/crop it to make icons, wallpapers, or anything else that is non-commercial but may not edit the art itself.• I retain all rights to my work, I am allowed to use it to promote myself, And I am allowed to display it on social media and/or my portfolio.• If you ask me to keep the final commission private, I have the right to either charge extra to not publicly post it, or decline the commission.
(This depends on the complexity of the piece, and would be discussed in the inquiry)• You can post the commission wherever you'd like as long as you credit me. When possible, please link to my commissions page or social media.• You will NOT use my work to sell or create anything to do with AI and/or NFTs. This statement stands regardless of whether you've commissioned me or not.
